      Excellent for quick colour changes.
    RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
    1. CPCRMPIO: Paste for Colour Change – Inking Rollers
Rinse off inking rollers with a normal roller wash. Disconnect the wash-up-blade.
Apply CPCRMPIO to the top inking roller and allow sufficient CPCRMPIO to coat the entire roller train. Allow
CPCRMPIO to work in for about 5 minutes, this permits CPCRMPIO to penetrate and loosen glaze and ingrained pigment.
After about 8-10 minutes wash CPCRMPIO with normal roller wash.
If inking rollers are extremely contaminated, it might be necessary to repeat the procedure.
    2. CPCRMRLF: Calcium Remover – Inking and Dampening Rollers
First clean the inking and dampening rollers with your normal roller wash or CPCRMMRC, to remove any ink from the surface of the rubber rollers.
Second use a roller paste or CPCRMDKL to remove ingrained ink from the inking rollers.
Then add a sufficient amount of CPCRMRLF to the top inking roller, let CPCRMRLF works in for about 3-5 minutes, add more CPCRMRLF to keep all rolls moist.
After about 3 minutes a white foam will start to show this is the calcium being removed from the rubber rollers.
After 5 minutes add water to the top inking roller, connect the wash-up blade, and you will now observe a thick white sludge being scrapped off, by the wash–up blade, this is the calcium which has been removed from the rubber rollers, add more water to the top inking roller, in order to completely wash off the calcium from the surface of the rollers.
If the calcium problem is serious, repeat the treatment until all calcium has been removed, normally one treatment is sufficient.
CPCRMRLF should be used every time a normal roller maintenance is performed, and probable more often in hard water areas.
    3. CPCRMMRC: Deep Metering Roller Cleaner
Pour a liberal amount of CPCRMMRC onto a shop towel and wipe back and forth over the entire length and circumference of the metering roller.
    4. CPCRMS: Paste for colour change & deglazer –inking rollers
As a Roller Cleaner: Apply across the roller train ensure that each roller is covered in CPCRMS.
Allow the rollers to cycle for at least 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes apply a small amount of water to the top inking roller.
Continue to cycle the rollers for another 1 minute.
      NOW APPLY THE WASH-UP BLADE.
Continue to apply water as with a normal wash-up of the inking rollers, until CPCRMS has been removed from the rollers.
To clean the ink duct roller and ink fountain apply CPCRMS with a shop towel until it is worked into the ink, then remove with a clean shop towel.
    5. CPCRMRL: Anti-friction Paste– Inking Rollers
Apply CPCRMRL to the top inking roller, and make sure all the inking rollers are covered with a thin film of CPCRMRL.
During the working day observe if additional CPCRMRL is required, if so apply additional CPCRMRL as required.
At the end of the working day wash off CPCRMRL with a normal roller wash.
    6. CPCRMDKL: Deep Ink Roller Cleaner – Inking Rollers
Remove ink from rollers using a normal roller wash.
Apply CPCRMDKL across the top of the roller train.
Leave to work into the rollers for a few minutes, if necessary add more CPCRMDKL to the top inking roller, to allow the liquid to transit down to the wash-up blade. After a few minutes rinse rollers with water and allow to dry. CPCRMDKL should be used for quick changes.
If required to change from dark to light ink, or varnish, use as recommended above.
For presses measuring up to 28” wide, use CPCRMDKL as a first step and water as a second step.
