APPLICATION
- CPCDXY: For Direct Ink
ApplicationCPCDXY works by two unique processes.
Oxygen created and released through-out all ink layers as soon as the treated ink comes in contact with the fountain solution/water at the plate.
Gives a complete curing (drying), not just a simple drying of the surface layer.
This product helps to blow the solvents out of the ink faster, helping to eliminate gas ghosting and allowing faster drying.
It will be allow jobs to be backed up quickly while giving inks good scuff resistance. - CPCDL: For Fountain Solution Application
CPCDL is super concentrate made to be added to any premixed fountain solution.
Once CPCDL is added to the fountain solution water, ink will start to oxidize (dry) on the top layer.

CPCDXY mixes is very easily.
One set treats approximately 96 kg of ink.
Allows the metallic flakes to turn while curing. Metallic will not tarnish.
Allows for immediate back up and faster turn around.
Promotes drying on all substrates (coated, uncoated, vinyl, acetate, plastics, etc).
Works with all lithographic inks (oil, soy, rubber based).
Helps to eliminate gas ghosting (fuming).
Leaves ink with better rub and scuff resistance. - CPCDL: For Fountain Solution Application
Creates faster drying or heavily printed jobs.
Use for hard to dry jobs.
Use with all oil and rubber base ink.
Starts the drying process as water mixes with ink.
Mixes into any fountain solution.
Very low dosage required.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
- CPCDXY: For Direct Ink Application
We recommended a starting dosage of 50mm of X and 50mm of Y to be added to each 0.5kg of ink.
This measurement can be done to the eye. - CPCDL: For Fountain Solution Application
Add 0.5-1% per litre of mixed fountain solution.
